Dr. Amy Holsten: is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has more than 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. Dr. Holsten’s primary focus is psychological assessment and she has extensive experience providing comprehensive psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning with expertise in the area of autism spectrum disorder. When time allows, Dr. Holsten enjoys providing therapy services and has expertise in the area of complex trauma and traumatic grief in children and adolescents. She utilizes TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other approaches to work with children and families to help them manage anxiety, depression, behavior disorders and ADHD. Dr. Holsten also works with adults presenting with complex trauma on a case by case basis.
Dr. Abby Lucas: I am a pre-licensed postdoctoral fellow with 8+ years of experience. I recently completed my predoctoral internship at the Medical College of Georgia and received my doctorate degree from Georgia Southern University. I specialize in child and adolescent therapy and assessment. I appreciate working with individuals from all backgrounds and cultures. I have a passion for working with individuals from rural or underserved populations, those with adverse childhood experiences, and with families and caregivers on building effective parenting skills and behavior management. I believe in working collaboratively with clients and their loved ones to foster growth, validation, support, and empathy. By using evidence-based treatments and measures, combined with a strong consideration for client's unique characteristics, lived experiences, and needs, we together can instill hope and create change in a way that feels meaningful.
Jenny Bowen, MS, LAPC: I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Augusta University and enjoy working with ages 14+ and with a range of challenges (e.g., depression, anxiety, complex PTSD). When you’re in my office, I want you to feel able to unwind and speak freely without fear of judgment. Your care will be individualized to you, and we’ll work together as a team. You can be sure your problems will always matter to me. I use an eclectic approach and choose techniques (e.g., person-centered, CBT, and DBT) to help you move toward your personal goals and develop a deeper understanding of yourself along the way.

Sarah Adams, M.Ed, LAPC, NCC: I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Augusta University. I have worked with children, teens, and adults experiencing a wide range of challenges (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more). I believe in creating a safe place for us to work as a team to help you work through your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to achieve your goals!
Beyond my work, I enjoy spending time with my cat, listening to music, reading, and going on adventures with my friends and family.
